April 29, 2008: Well the faire/festival season has offically started and to kick it off I have added new photos to almost every gallery from the Tartan Terrors in Jim Thorpe to my Fairy/Pirate adventure last week. So check them all out. Aslo some new exciting news Opening this Summer/Fall will be my offical studio!!! Huzzah! Dont forget this weekend is the Spoutwood Fairie Festival! March 26, 2008: Ok it's that time of year again, It's warming up and that means photo time! Been kinda doing nothing this winter so will be glad to get back to it. So some very exciting things as of late. First off my husband Travis and his buddy / fellow photographer Mark just opened up a portrait studio! You can check it out at: www.XpressionsPictures.com Second I had the honor of traveling to Jim Thorpe PA to shoot The Tartan Terrors performance! It was my first time there and I LOVED it! We are already looking forward to next year! If you've never been there look into it.
Next, My most exciting news is that I was voted Renaissance Festival Photographer of the year!! So thank you to all the fans who nominated me and voted!!!! Keep checking back as I will be putting up new photos in all my galleries over the next month as well as posting my 2008 schedule of events, and so much more..
February 20, 2008: Well friends it's been a long time! I have so much to tell you! I added some new galleries to the site. I'm also working on some awesome projects that will blow you away! Last but not least I've started my online store. Right now there isnt alot of products but I have greeting cards and You can also schedule a session there, as well as purchase gift certificates. December 10, 2007: Wow alot has been going on since the end of faire! To start with I've started a new collection, The Dark Dreams Collection which is my side project based off of the hubby's up coming work. It is darker feel portraits and weddings. Next off Travis and I have started planning our 5th wedding anniversary ball which has taken up alot of time. And I've been working harder on building up the business part of my photography which for 2008 will bring big changes. So I'm still updating the site regularly. There are new pics in the Fairy Gallery as well as The new Dark Dreams collection gallery. I've also updated the renaissance gallery with my fav pics from this past year. After the holidays I will be putting up never before seen pics from this years faire season. Also time is running out so don't forget to vote for Arwen Renaissance as fav faire photographer, The link is below in the blog. November 2,2007: Well It's been a while! Faire season is over, Yes it's sad! But I took a ton of pics so I will be posting all year!! Huzzah!! September 18th,2007: Well I finally had my first full day at the PA Ren Faire, I took my son, and we had an amazing time!! I shot over 1000 pics, and I'm still going through them. For now I picked the ones that really caught my eye skimming through-You can check them out in the "Hot from the Camera" Gallery! September 9th, 2007: This weekend I made a very fast visit to the PA Ren Faire. I've been under the weather and had to cut out my trip last weekend all together, but did go for a couple hours this week. Hopefully the rest of the season will be better for me. I did manage to get a few shots I'm sure everyone will enjoy. So visit the "Hot from the Camera" Gallery to see them. Aug 28th,2007: Something new for me to play around on, Last year you may remember I came out with my ren faire candid series"Serenity", This years series is called "Love Letters", Below is the first in the series. I will be putting the gallery up later in the season.
Well I had a very short visit to PA Ren Faire last saturday, and with the heat hitting over 99degrees, didn't get many shots and didn't even make it through half the day! So the few I did get a in the "Hot from the Camera" Gallery. Enjoy! August 13th,2007: Well Huzzah Everyone! The Pa Ren Faire opened last weekend!! I had a great time though the heat was dreadful and I spent most of time hiding in the shade, and I also got stung by a bee for the first time in over 20 years. But all in all it was a great day! It was just good to be back in the shire. I got some pretty good pics, not alot since I was so hot. You can find them in the "Hot of the Camera" Gallery. Remember if you see a pic of yourself you'd like to have contact me with your email addr and I will send you the interenet ready file-Free of Charge. Now a serious note-PLEASE DO NOT STEAL MY IMAGES! It has been brought to my attention once again that images are being stolen, This time it was stolen from someone whom I gave a image of themself to. The fine for stealing images run from $200,000-$500,000.00 per image and will be fully prosecuted!! This upcoming weekend I will be visiting the shire but sadly I will not have the camera, so there will be no new images next week. So gaze upon the new ones, and I hope you enjoy them!!
August 9th,2007: Well it's been awhile.. I've been extremely busy of late. I'm working on several projects at the moment. So what's been up? Well This past weekend I had the wonderful oppertunity to do a Fantasy shoot with 3 Beautiful young ladies. You can view one pic below, the rest are in the "Hot off the Camera" Gallery and the rest are in the "Fairietopia" Gallery. Whats coming up? PA Ren Faire opens this weekend, I'm sure I'll see lots of you there thoughout the season!
July 21st,2007: Well I'm on vacation and while on a trip to the beach I was inspired to start a new series," Myths and Legends". So here is one of the shots I took for the series, It's titled "The Fallen One". I have a few more and they are in the new gallery, "Myths and Legends". I have a bunch of ideas for the series and need models, If you are interested contact me, I'll let you know what I'm looking for. I have one day scheduled for all the shoots so you will need to be available then, It's August 4th. As far as my Vacation we spent a few days at the beach which was wonderful! We are home now and just relaxing. My daughter has surgery on monday so I'll be home for a few more days. I'm also running a sale which has been extended due to my vacation, See the Ad below.

June 30th,2007: Today I did some awesome photoshoots. I met two lovely young ladies, and had a ball doing the shoots today. I love it when I get to meet new people doing pics, and it's always great to also see some I already know. We went around to some parks and to some historic sites to take the pics, here are two pics. These are the girls you came down and I got to meet for the first time today. Thank you both for traveling so far for me to take your photos, you both were a joy to photograph! Naraya

June 29th,2007: Well last saturday I headed to Celtic Fling on the grounds of the PA Ren Faire, It was good to be home! I have to admit I had a tear in my eye as I walked through the gates.I didnt take alot of pictures, I went simply to enjoy my self and get some much needed relaxing done. I did enjoy the Coyote Run show which I actually seen for the first time, They totally have a new fan, and What would fling be without the Terrors. I got some great new shots of them! They also held a charity auction for breast cancer which is awesome, below is a shot of them with the wonderful young lady who won the auction. So the new pics from fling are in the "Hot from the Camera" Gallery and the shots of the Terrors are in the "Tartan Terrors" Gallery. Enjoy!
June 10th,2007: This weekend I did a fantasy portrait shoot for my friends daughter as a fairy. The shoot went extremely well, she is such a beautiful girl! Here are a couple shots from the shoot, I'll be adding more to my galleries in the next few days.

June 4th,2007: Well some things came up and I had to cancel some of my events, but in the meantime I visited my local ElkLanding again and added a few new shots to my Living History Gallery. May 24th,2007: Last Saturday I made a quick visit to the Scottish Games, here in beautiful Cecil County ,MD at the FairHill Nature Center and Race Course. It was a great gathering of bagpipe competions, Dancing Competions and more.. You can check out a few pics in the "Hot from the Camera" Gallery. This Saturday I'll be traveling to the Virginia Renaissance Faire, Come on out and join the fun!!
May 8th,2007: The Tartan Terrors! I have decieded that my final gallery on my site should be dedicated to my favorite act in the world! The Tartan Terrors! The terrors are a comedy/music act that I fell in love with at the Ren Faire. I take so many pics of them I think they deserve their own gallery. About the Terrors what can I say , They are amazing! And Really a wonderful group of people to get to know. I could go on and on telling you about them, Ellen's beautiful dancing, Meg's super charming beautiful nature, Ian's sense of humor, Sean's talent with the bagpipes, Todd's energy, Steve's mesmerizing voice, Pete's ornery nature, and so on and so on and so forth.... May 7th,2007: Well last Saturday I headed to the Glen Rock Farie Festival at Spoutwood Farm. It was really wonderful! As this being my first time I wasn't sure what to expect and was happily surprised. There were a ton of vendors selling all kinds of fantasic goodies, great food, lots of things for the nippers, spellbinding music and a ton of people in all kinds of breathtaking fay forms. So now the pictures are up, well at least a few. I took a couple of hundred and have put up some real quick. You can find them in my new gallery "Fairietopia", it will feature all kinds of mythical creatures and fay folk, I capture in my adventures. May 4th,2007: I'm Headed to the Glen Rock,PA Fairie Festival on Saturday the 5th! Hope to see lots of you there! Looking forward to meeting new friends and fans. April 23rd,2007: Saturday I made a visit to Historic Elk Landing Located in my home town of Elkton,MD. The site is the Historic Hollingworth House, and there are lots of interesting events that take place there, Even an Ol'Time Baseball game,Learn more at ElkLanding.org. The event for this past Saturday was Defenders Day and is focused around the war of 1812. It also starts my new gallery Living History which I will be traveling around to shoot various events.
April 19th, 2007: Today I went out around town checking out some local historical sites. Here is a shot of a church steeple downtown. I also started a new project called Nella Morte , that I've been wanting to do for a really long time, Check it out- it's a new gallery on the site! I also put up a new gallery called Hot from the Camera, it's where you'll find all the new updated random photos.
April 12th, 2007:Travis and I had our pics done tonight by one of Trav's friends Mark, Great Photographer, and so here is one of the shots. We got rained out so didn't get alot.
