The celebrating went on through the night. The castle and grounds were a shimmering fairytale of gold, flowers, candles, music. The amount of food was overwhelming, and of course I tried my best to taste it all. Raven and I sat at the high table, Emily beside me, Ash beside Raven. There was a bard who regaled us with tales and songs of love. Dancers and fire breathers performed. Balzar and Sage danced around, sword fought and sang leaving us all laughing to tears.

Shadow and Shadowdancer came to represent the beast and gave us a gift of one of their pups to foster. Tomlin, chief of the fairy was there to represent all fae and gave us a beautiful wooden box filled with valuable gems. We received a ton of gifts, offerings, and such. The children had the best time! Neil had to retire early after eating too much sweets and becoming ill. Izzy ending up falling asleep in Odin’s arms.

Raven and I danced and danced. the world around us disappearing. We went out and spent time with those celebrating outside the castle walls, but I was much too tired to venture to the inns or another town. As night wore on, the babe I carried began to weight me down and Raven and I retired. The celebrating went on…

We woke late the next day, prepared to start our lives as Queen and King of Goldenbrook!
